Up until 2 years ago, I was a first grade teacher. Did that and loved it for 25 years! It was perfect job when my children were younger (now teenagers :))
Now I am a health and wellness coach. One of the most favorite parts of my growing business is supporting Brides and Grooms look and feel their best from the inside out. I provide nutritional coaching for the whole bridal party to lose pounds and inches safely and effectively, reduce stress, increase energy. I like to say what is better wedding present to give yourselves than the gift of lifelong health.

Favorite TV Shows:

Not much time to watch and when I do I am sucker for movies on demand - especially tearjerkers. As well as anything on the Food Network or HGTV

Books:

love mysteries, historical fiction - and give a kid's picture book with a good story line (one that has a storyline for kids and a subtle one for the adult reader) anyday - I will love it. One of my favorites - Zoom, Zoom - Check it out..

Hobbies:

When I can - interior design, watercolor painting, love the outdoors, hiking, working out,
I love making things - crafts etc,.. some scrapbooking although I am several years behind - word to all you brides start now!!!
Oh and how could I forget cooking.

Likes:

Being with my family, A great Cosmo or glass of Merlot, travel, having a dinner party with friends, going out with the girls, the beach, the mountains, a wonderful gourmet meal, dancing, painting, someone with a good sense of humor, a spa day..... Making a difference in someone's health and wealth, coaching

Dislikes:

Rudeness, cleaning toilets, brussel sprouts and cauliflower, intense pain ....
